PITTSBURGH — Construction workers on the Pennsylvania Petrochemical Complex, known as the Shell Cracker Plant, in the western part of the state are claiming they did not receive overtime pay.

PITTSBURGH -- Emily and Douglas Vida filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County against Giant Eagle, Inc. for negligence.According to the complaint, in April 2021, Emily Vida filled a prescription at Giant Eagle's Shaler pharmacy for 24-hour Depakote that releases over a 24-hour period.
