The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania reported the following activities in the suit brought by Edward E. Moore against Cranberry Motors LLC on April 15:

PITTSBURGH – A restaurant and tavern which suffered water damage due to a burst pipe believes its insurance carrier failed to cover it for the various damages it sustained in that incident.
PITTSBURGH – A tractor equipment rental company is pursuing legal action and financial recovery against a Pennsylvania contractor for more than $68,000 in damages.
PITTSBURGH — A Cranberry Township couple are suing MTD Products Inc. d/b/a Troy Bilt LLC, and Briggs & Stratton Corporation, alleging they should be liable for injuries arising from the use of a pressure washer.
PITTSBURGH — An executive is suing Ryko Solutions Inc., citing alleged breach of contract and fraud for being denied commission for securing a contract.
PITTSBURGH – An Ohio-based subcontractor company is suing a Cranberry Township company for failure to uphold agreed-upon terms, namely failure to pay the plaintiff for labor.
