PHILADELPHIA – A Wayne corporation and one of its operating units is alleged to have failed to pay a withdrawal liability in full to a retirement plan.
PITTSBURGH – A ladder company has been sued for manufacturing an allegedly unsafe product, but it insists the man who fell was responsible for his own injuries.
PHILADELPHIA – A motorcyclist has sued the driver of a recycling truck and his employers for negligence, after the driver reportedly backed up at an intersection and trapped the plaintiff and his motorcycle under that recycling truck.
PHILADELPHIA — A union is suing Metro Glass and Metal, Marrero Glass and Metal Inc. and Jaime Marrero Sr., alleging breach of contract for failing to send employee contributions to the labor group.
PHILADELPHIA — A former executive is suing Phoenix Services International LLC and Metal Services LLC t/d/b/a Phoenix Services, alleging breach of contract.
