PITTSBURGH — A married couple from New Castle have filed a lawsuit against Central Heating and Plumbing Co. Inc., A.O. Smith Corporation and Bradford White Corporation, alleging negligence in connection with serious burn injuries.

HARRISBURG — A former plumber for Chemed Corporation, Roto-Rooter Group Inc., and Williamson Plumbing & Heating Inc. is suing the companies for allegations of racial discrimination.
PHILADELPHIA – In accordance with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, a federal appeals court also granted summary judgment to the defendants in a property case revolving around alleged fraudulent misrepresentation and fraudulent inducement.
